Bare-Boat Charter

We have over 1000 bareboat charters available in the UK and this is the type of Charter is where the skipper and crew take responsibility for the Yacht that they charter.

The whole affair can be a lovely holiday but you should be able to sail the yacht (Power or Sail) that you charter.

We are happy to talk your experience through with you if in any doubt. Our suppliers will need a Certificate of Competence or some good sailing experience backed up by a practical demonstration before you can take the Yacht to sea own your own.

Also the Skipper should be careful to note the responsibilities that he or she undertakes under the international code where they are chartering from.

This type of Charter has in the main been on the Super Yachts and luxury holidays, but today there are many more fully crewed yachts and there is a price now to fit most holiday budgets.

It is a great way to have that relaxing time without have to take part but also have the water sports provided should anyone wish to use them.

Fully crewed means no cooking all meals are prepared for you and they are wonderful.

All our crews have vast experience of yachting and will love showing you their sailing area.

Individual Berths

Booking an individual berth Is going yachting on your own and in most cases no experience is required. It is a great way to learn or just do nothing and enjoy yourself. The berths can range from luxury cabins with all the bells and whistles to a small berth on a racing yacht with only essential clothes for the trip.

Our racing yachts are available for UK events, race weeks,/weekends any any SolentSeries.

In the last ten years the world of yacht racing has seen the appearance of companies who offer individual berths in the world yacht races and in local races of shorter distances or round the cans in the local bay. They are all great fun. You can do any of these races in Europe, the Caribbean and down under.
